Love this place!
My first time at this place and was there on a Monday night with 2 other girlfriends and was able to get seated right away.
-Clean, spacious, bright and looks clean
-staff is friendly, attentive and proactive (i dropped my chopsticks and the server got me a replacement without asking even tho it was easily available at the buffet which was 2 steps away) very impressed bonus points
-Quick to serve, quick to clean up and my water never ran low
-food selection is good, i like that the menu has a picture for everything
-bathroom is next level: offers mouthwash, qtips, cotton pads and hair ties...
Very impressed with this place which is hard to come by. Would recommend to all!! -

Generally I found this place a solid place to have some hot pot cravings satisfied. Chine is conveniently located in Chinatown. When entering, I noticed that there was a self check -in machine for Yelp Waitlists. This is really useful for busier days. Today, I luckily didn't need to wait for a table.
I ordered the Half-Mild Legendary Spicy Broth. I noticed that there was no option to choose half & half for your broth which is something I'm not used to. My boyfriend opted for the Pork and Chicken Broth so I shared with his pot.
The soup base was nice and flavourful. The half-mild option is great because it offers a nice spicy kick without overdoing it.
What I love about this place is that they specify the quantity for each menu item per order. This is useful information that is helpful to prevent over-ordering. There's nothing worse than being presented an entire plate of fish balls when you just wanted 2 pieces.
Some of my favourite menu choices were the Angus Beef Slices (super tender) and the New Zealand Lamb Slices. Definitely load up on these. I also ordered a ton of shrimp. They were huge and full of sweet shrimp juices. I also enjoyed the classic hot pot items such as crab meat, pork sausage, mashed shrimp, fish balls, and tofu puffs.
In particular, they had a wide dessert selection. I highly recommend the sugar ice jelly, and the fruit platter (watermelon slices). These are essential for ending a hot pot meal.
Service here was fast and quick. Servers were nice and answered any questions we had. -

Came here for the Lunch Special "Super Legendary Combo" which includes 1 choice of broth, 4 meats, 4 veggies, and 1 staple food. ME: Corn and potato cream soup, pork loin, crab sticks, lobster bad, and quail egg, taro, kelp knots, handmade tofu and frozen tofu, ramen.
Great price for one person, a really hefty serving. Don't forget to go to the sauce bar and make your own dipping sauce. I didn't use much of that however. Didn't think the pork loin was very good, nor were the ingredients, rather they come from an AYCE style situation so of course it's not going to be upscale quality stuff. But I enjoyed my hot pot. I wasn't boiled over (pun intended). My broth came with corn and some random sweet potatoes as well.
Service was pretty good, they were really nice people. -

Visiting from the States, I couldn't help but get my weekly fix of hot pot and what better way to do it than to try it in Canada and see how they do it up here!
I absolutely loved the idea of having individual pots for each person because not only do you get to pick your very own liking of broths, but you also don't have to worry so much about someone stealing your Napa cabbage or tomato or meats you put in there LOL! One of the main things about eating hot pot in one individual pot is if you put down a clam, it might be gone once you try to scoop and go get it (you snooze you lose)
The flavor that I ended up getting was the spicy specialty tomato broth. I love tomatoes so I was like why not? The broth itself was a little plain and lacked some flavor but nothing that I couldn't fix. So I went over to the sauce bar and made myself a little mixture of hoisin sauce, garlic and something else (I don't remember) to give it a little bit of flavor.
We did All You Can Eat which is a pretty good deal considering each person is only about $30. The staff are very friendly, you get to order a total of 3 rounds (but we only got to two rounds cause it was so much food). They play super good music while you eat and there are many choices to pick from when ordering what you want to eat in your pot. Will definitely be back! -

A nice and relaxing place to eat hot pot in Chinatown!
This place has lots of seating and personal hot pots (instead of sharing among friends)
There's a great station to make your own sauce and an easy to order menu along with a plastic menu that shows you images of each item that's on the paper menu so that it's easier for you to order!
Honestly, really loved the sliced beef, ramen noodles and enoki mushrooms.
The only reason that it loses a star is because there was this one server that was coughing, but instead of coughing into a napkin or into his arm/sleeve, he was coughing straight into his hand... Which annoyed me...
You can find parking at the Green P across the street from the restaurant.
